Call the toll-free number 1-866-929-8668 to inform DirecTV about the change in location.

Carefully pack all the equipment, including remote controls and receivers, except the satellite TV dish antenna. DirecTV Movers Connection saves you the trouble of packing and lugging around the satellite TV dish.

Tips & Warnings
DirecTV requires you to subscribe to a year of Total Choice program to avail the benefit of DirecTV Movers Connection facility at no extra cost. If you do not wish to subscribe to this package, you may want to take along your satellite TV dish to the new place and either try installing it yourself or call local companies that are in the business of dish antenna installation.
Depending on the new location, you may start receiving some programs the satellite dish did not catch earlier at the old site. Similarly, you may be unable to view some programs.

10.23 i was to have a move and the co.was to move sat to new home.could,nt find house,so i had to wait a week.10/30 couldn't find house .i call installer 3 *no call back so this is a week with out tv. if this is how it goes i will wwitch to dish.the installer was foriegn and i could not understand the number he gave me.i want my sat. in by 10/31 0r i will have to move on.if i owe on contract the negligence should cover it.i like dtv alot.i moved from next door not even a block and they could not understand that???merle freeman
