How to Keep a Skype Window on Top

In earlier versions of Skype, you could easily set call and video windows to always be on top of other active windows on your computer, enabling you to easily interact with the program to start, end or adjust ongoing calls and video chats. This feature has been lost in current versions of Skype, but you can achieve the same effect with third-party software designed to provide you with a simple context menu option for setting windows to appear above other open applications. Best of all, these programs can be used to keep any program on top.
