How to Play the Dunk Contest on "NBA 2K10"
"NBA 2K10" is a video game created by 2K Sports. The game allows you to play in a variety of modes such as the new My Player mode -- used to manage your player's career. In the NBA Blacktop mode, you can take part in a slam dunk contest with up to four players. You can choose whether you want to play with human players or computer-controlled ones.

Load up the NBA 2K10 game on your console.

Bring up the main menu. Press right, then select "Game Modes." Press right again, and choose "NBA Blacktop."

Select "Slam Dunk Contest" from the list of game types. Select "Play Game."

Choose the four players you would like to play the slam dunk contest. Press right or left next to each player, to choose whether you would like the player to be controlled by the CPU or by a human player. Press "Start" on your controller to start the game.

Use the right analog stick to control the movement of the player. When you reach the net, press the "Turbo" button followed by the "Shoot" button. This will perform a slam dunk. Check your manual to see which buttons these moves are assigned to, as the button configuration is different for each type of console.
