Change your rabbit's litter box on a daily basis. If necessary, replace the litter box with an entirely new one or at least clean it thoroughly using a vinegar and water solution. Deodorize your rabbit's litter box with baking soda and use an organic litter product made of nontoxic materials such as alfalfa, citrus, oats or paper. Avoid cedar or wood shavings, which are toxic to rabbits.
