Panasonic products have been in the market since 1918. Known for their user-friendly models, Panasonic has been a pioneer in HDTV manufacturing and has many flat panel TV models luring tech buyers and gizmo freaks with a wide range of items under their brand. Here’s some advice on how to compare models of LCD TVs offered by Panasonic.

Difficulty: Moderately Easy
Instructions
  1. Step 1

Go to the nearest authorized dealer of Panasonic in your area. Check out the range of items they have to offer. Request a Panasonic catalog if they have one. Compare technical specifications given in the catalog. You can also visit the official website of Panasonic, and browse the models.

  2. Step 2

Evaluate the distinct aspects of the LCD TVs. Compare for portability, weight, screen size, durability, picture quality and sound quality.

  3. Step 3

Compare different models with similar screen sizes. The sizes vary from 26” to 65”. Each screen size offers different features in different models of Panasonic.

  4. Step 4

Compare for prices. It is only possible to distinguish each key feature by the price of each model. For example, the TC32LX-60 and TC32LX-600, although the same size, have considerable difference in price.

  5. Step 5

When comparing the portability and mounting features of the models, understand that most of the Panasonic TV sets are equipped with pedestal stands in case you do not want to mount your set on the wall.

Tips & Warnings
  • Read the owner’s manual to understand the specifications of the LCD TV
  • Do not forget to compare each model for its user-friendly features. Panasonic models are known for their user-friendly functions, but some models may have complicated features and extensions.
  • Select a model with less weight to ensure portability. The lighter it is, the easier it is to handle.
  • Compare models for returns and exchange policies along with the warranty. Fill out the warranty card within the specified date when you choose to buy.
