How to Attach a Daisy to a Crochet Headband
A crochet headband offers a comfortable hair style and a casual, bohemian look. The home made look of the headband blends well with a silk or real daisy. To add extra flower power to your outfit, complement your look with a large purse, dangling earrings, a loose shirt and neutral colors. The bright yellow and while colors of a daisy blends well with neutral colors, greens, blues and simple patterns. Does this Spark an idea?

Pluck the daisy from its flower, if necessary. Rinse the flower's stem using cool water. If you are using a silk daisy, do not rinse it.

Place the alligator clip on a flat, level surface.

Attach a lightly colored ribbon to the clip, if desired. Place several drops of hot glue on the top of the clip. Trim a strand of ribbon and press it onto the top of the alligator clip. Allow the clip to dry for two to three minutes.

Place a drop of hot glue on top middle of the clip.

Press the flower onto the clip. Allow the clip to dry for two to three minutes and slide the clip onto the headband.

Slide the flowers stem into the holes of the crocheted head band, if you want to avoid using a clip. Grasp the flower and hold it against the headband. Slide the stem into the hole of the headband. Grasp the stem and pull it under the headband. Slide it upward, through the hole. Continue weaving the stem until it adheres to the headband.
