How to Do a Horizontal Ruler in Dreamweaver
Dreamweaver is Adobe's long-running HTML editor software. You can use it to build and maintain websites. One of the advantages to using Dreamweaver is you do not need to stare at code while working, the user interface has a Design view, which lets you see the elements as they appear on the page. To help you position elements, you can activate or hide the built-in rulers, which extend along the top and side of the page. In addition, you can also change the ruler's origin point or the units of measurement the ruler shows.
