How to Create a Help Desk Ticket in Web Help Desk

Web Help Desk is a commercial application for websites that lets site users submit support tickets online. Users can also visit the application to check for responses to their submitted tickets. Although the specific help desk form may be customized from site to site, submitting a ticket from the Web Help Desk application is basically the same among sites.

      Click "Request." This button on the navigation bar has a life float icon.

      Click to select a category for your request, then type your message. Select the other options related to the request, if applicable. Some sites have customized request forms with options tailored to fit the site.

      Click "Submit" to submit your help desk ticket. When you want to review the status of your ticket, click "History."
