How to Dry Clean Your Own Garment at Home

Dry cleaning your own items at home used to be wishful thinking. But now with new technology it is possible and very easy. Does this Spark an idea?

      A great new invention is Dryel. It can be used on most dry clean garments in very little time. It is best on polyester, cotten and linen blends. Silk can be done but is sometimes best left to dry clean professionals.

      You take your garment or garments, up to four itmes, and place them in the dryel bag. You then place a cloth somewhat like a dryer sheet inside the bag. This cloth is what will clean your clothes.

      Then just place bag in your dryer and let it run on one drying cycle. Then just remove the bag and take out items. Clothing should be clean but if not just repeat the process.

Tips & Warnings

  • This will work on most garments that are dry clean only with little to no staining. It a garment is heavily stained or very delicate I would take it to your dry cleaner.

  • Do not treat any stains that may be on the garment. Treating stains may interfere with the dryel process.
