Both browsers have built-in bookmark synchronization features, but these features aren't cross-browser-compatible. If you want to keep your bookmarks synchronized between the two browsers, you can use a third-party service that supports both browsers.

Create an Xmarks account after installing the first extension and provide the same account details when you install every additional extension. Install the Delicious add-ons for Firefox and Chrome from Delicious.com/help. Create a Delicious account after installing the extension. Access your bookmarks and create new bookmarks by clicking the "Delicious" icon on your browser toolbar.
