How to Build a Good Team on "Blitz: The League 2"

"Blitz: The League II" is the second in a series of games that simulate the life of a professional football player. In addition to regular on-field football, you have a chance to gain and select endorsements, hone your players' skills, and manage various scandals that affect your team. In order to win the championship, your team must be balanced and well-developed.

Instructions

    • 1

Start the game in "Franchise Mode". Select a location and name for your team, and save your franchise.

    • 2

Determine your team's structure by selecting the positions of your franchise players. Your franchise players will be the focal point of your team's offense and defense. Consequently, selecting their positions will go a long way in determining what tactics work best for your team.

    • 3

Select a playbook that fits the strengths of your team. Each franchise player positional combination works best with certain playbooks, and leads to certain plays being very effective.

    • 4

Practice and train your team regularly. Each team can improve with training and practice.

    • 5

Draft well for your team's needs. At the end of each season in the "Campaign" mode, each team has the chance to draft talented college players. Base your draft picks on your team's weaknesses. Does your defense lack a pass rush? A game-changing linebacker or defensive end should improve that ability dramatically. Does your offense lack explosiveness? A speedy wide receiver or running back should improve your ability to put up points.

Tips & Warnings

  • Save your game progress regularly during "Franchise" play.
