      Place an oven thermometer inside of the oven, then preheat the oven to a frequently used temperature, such as 375 or 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Look at the reading on the thermometer to determine the adjustment required after the oven has preheated.

      Press and hold the "Bake" button, located on the control panel. Release the "Bake" button when "00" is displayed on the display.

      Press the "Up" arrow button to increase the temperature by five degrees, up to fifteen degrees. Press the "Down" arrow button to decrease the temperature by five degrees, up to fifteen degrees.
