Progressive Omelet Cooker Instructions
Omelets are a tasty and fulfilling way to start the morning. This customizable breakfast item is made with whisked eggs, then filled with diced vegetables, meats and cheeses of your choosing. Many people have a hard time making this deluxe breakfast; however, by using a microwave omelet pan you can make a quick, flavorful breakfast in a matter of minutes. The Progressive omelet maker is a specially designed pan that cooks both sides evenly, then folds over like a burrito to create a perfectly-shaped, well-done omelet every time. Dice your favorite omelet fillings into small, 1/4-inch or smaller pieces. Experiment with different vegetables, meats and cheeses to discover new flavors and combinations. Place the filling in a bowl and set it aside.

Crack up to four large eggs into a bowl. Briskly whisk them until they are light yellow and frothy. You may also use egg substitutes. Use 1/4 cup of egg substitute for each egg in your omelet.

Pour half of the eggs into one side of the omelet maker, then pour the rest into the other side.

Place the omelet maker into the microwave, keeping the lid open for even cooking.

Set the microwave power level between 70 and 80 percent. Cooking on high may result in overcooking or burnt edges.

Cook the eggs for 1 minute 30 seconds. Remove the omelet maker and sprinkle your toppings over the eggs in each side. Place the omelet maker back into the microwave and cook for 1 minute.

Close the omelet maker and snap the lids until they click into place. This indicates the lid is securely closed. Cook the omelet for 30 seconds.

Open the omelet maker. Gently slide the omelet onto a plate and serve.

Tips & Warnings
Wash the pan thoroughly by hand, or in the dishwasher before you use it.
Refer to your microwave instruction manual for adjusting power levels.
Do not use abrasive materials when cleaning.
Do not use with a browning dish or element.
Do not use in conventional ovens or on hot plates.
Do not cook oils or butter by itself.
