How to Make a Donor Island for "MapleStory"
There are multiple islands in "MapleStory," including Victoria Island. The towns located on Victoria Island all have donation boxes that can be used to obtain a Donor Medal. Only the top five donators on the server are awarded a city's Donor Medal at a time, so in order to get one you will need to be persistent.

Fight monsters and collect mesos (the in-game currency) from quests until you reach level 30.

Choose the Donor Medal you want to work for on Victoria Island. There are medals for Lith Harbor, Henesys, Ellinia, Perion, Kerning City and Sleepywood.

Wait until the first day of the month. Donation high scores are reset at the beginning of each month, so the earlier you start donating the more chance you have of obtaining a medal.

Go to the town of your choosing and talk to Dalair, the medal quest non-playable character.

Talk to the donation box and make a donation of mesos. Continue making large donations until you are awarded the medal.
