How to Print a List of iTunes Podcasts for My iPhone
One of iTunes little-known features is that you can print a list of songs in a playlist or your entire podcast catalog. However, the functionality is somewhat limited: it will print the entire list, so the only way to control what appears on the list is to delete podcasts from your computer. In order to use this printed list as a cross-reference to the podcasts on your iPhone, you need to adjust some settings on your iPhone and delete older podcasts from your computer.
