Post Route 66 signs outside next to the sidewalk. Add signs that list the mileage to Radiator Springs and billboards that list the businesses in Radiator Springs such as Flo's V-8 Cafe, The Cozy Cone and Ramone's Pain and Body Art Store.

Set up a racetrack in the main party space. Post pictures on the walls of stands with cars in the audience. Underneath the stands, around the outside of the track, include advertising for the things mentioned in the movie such as Rust-eze oil, Dinoco and Casa Della Tires.
