How Karada Foot Pads Work

  1. Karada Foot Pads

    • Karada Foot Pads are an alternative method of ridding toxins from the body that incorporates the science of reflexology. The pads are adhered to the feet before bed and, while sleeping, the all-natural ingredients in the pads stimulate the nerves on the bottom of the feet which, in turn, stimulate the secretion of lymph fluids that draw out the toxins or impurities. These impurities are expelled into the pad causing a dark discoloration. Additional toxins are drawn out each night the pad is worn until the pad is no longer discolored.

    Reflexology

    • The science behind reflexology claims that certain reflex points in hands and feet are interrelated to other parts of the body. Reflexology notes there are 60 reflex points on the feet, 12 of which are connected to the vital organs. When these reflex points are affected by food and environmental toxins, the vital organs become compromised. The ingredients used in the Karada Foot Pads stimulate the reflex points in the feet to draw out the toxins.

    Toxins

    • Toxins exist in processed foods, the environment and water. Many common symptoms such as constipation, indigestion, bloating, gas, allergies, low back pain, fatigue, forgetfulness, headaches and stiff joints are dismissed as signs of aging, the effects of a cold or seasonal allergies. However, toxic overload also can be the culprit behind these maladies.

    Ingredients

    • Karada Foot Pads contain five all-natural ingredients of bamboo vinegar, tourmaline, pearl stone powder, loquat leaf and chamomile. Japanese scientists have confirmed bamboo vinegar, which is a mixture of bamboo and broad-leaf trees that have been vaporized, cooled and refined, removes toxins and impurities in the body. The mineral/gemstone tourmaline purportedly produces magnetic energy waves that increase circulation and metabolism. Pearl stone powder improves fluidity and absorbability. The loquat leaf's proprieties of malic, tartaric and citric acids, tannate, carotene and vitamins A, B and C have been used for thousands of years to help secrete body fluids. Chamomile is a well-known herb that creates a calming affect and supports sleep.

    Use

    • The pads are easy to use and secure to the bottom of each foot with a convenient adhesive tape on the pads. Although the pads can be worn any time for eight to 10 hours, they're significantly easier to wear while sleeping as they're less likely to come off. By morning, the pads should be dark in color signifying the body's toxins are being removed or drawn out. The pads should be worn at least five consecutive nights until they no longer turn dark. After the initial detoxification process, it's suggested that the pads be worn twice a week to keep the body free of toxins.
