- Determine monetary prize amount and set price for raffle tickets. Sell tickets and inform purchasers they must be present to win the raffle. Place all ticket stubs in a large collection bin. Select tickets out of bin, eliminating people from the raffle. The sole remaining ticket is the winner. Another alternative is to allow the last three ticket holders to decide if they would rather split the prize money or keep going. If they do not want to share, another ticket is drawn. Then the remaining two decide if they want to split the prize. If there is no agreement, draw the final ticket to reveal the winner.

Decide the raffle prize. There is no monetary prize for this reverse raffle. The prize is for the winner to perform an embarrassing act, have clean-up duty or something equally as unpleasant. Pass out raffle tickets as people enter the meeting.
Announce the unpleasant raffle prize. Allow the ticket holders to return their ticket stubs and end their chance of winning. Charge a ticket fee to return the ticket. This fee is predetermined. Draw a winning ticket from the remaining tickets, if there are any left.
