Troubleshooting for the Samsung Juke
-
Won't Power On
-
Check that the battery is connected correctly, then attach it to the power source that charges the battery. If it comes on, then you need to charge the battery. If not, then you need to check the phone itself to make sure it hasn't gotten wet or damaged in any way that would affect the power source.
If you can't locate any damage, try plugging it into the computer with the USB data cable and see if that will power it on. It is possible that a wire may have come loose on the inside of the phone or the main board may be defective. If this is the case, you need to have a professional repair or phone replacement.
Blank Screen
-
Power cycle the phone as it may simply be the video didn't load. If the phone doesn't come on with the screen up, check it for loose screws or panels. Make sure it hasn't been exposed to liquid or damaged in some other way. A short on the motherboard can cause this issue as well and will need to be repaired or replaced if that is the problem.

Battery Dies Quickly
-
Let the battery die completely, and charge it overnight. Do not charge it again until the battery is dead again. Repeat this process several times, full charge and complete discharge should recondition the battery. If this does not work, use a different battery or replace the battery with a new one.
Phone Restore, Your Last Option
-
If you activate the Restore Phone settings on your Samsung Juke, you will lose all music, photos and contacts that are stored. Before taking this step, make sure you have important information documented. You will need to reprogram the phone as well, once a restore has been done.
