Choose the plan that works best for your company. Plans include a basic talk minute plan or choosing a predetermined number of minutes to use, which reduces the cost. You can choose web conferencing for an additional fee if you want participants to share files and other written information.
After the registration, look for email confirmation of your account. The email will supply you with the toll free number to call in on as well as your access numbers to use for the conferences.
Hold a Conference
When you want to hold a conference, send the participants the toll free number to dial in on and the access code you pick for that call, as well as the date and time of the call. The toll free number connects all the callers to the conference company line and entering your access code brings them to your particular conference. The caller hears a message welcoming them to the conference. The caller waits on hold until the chairperson arrives and unlocks the conference with his pin, officially starting the conference. The service is available whenever you need it so you may hold conferences any time across time zones.
If you need to hold multiple conferences on the same date at the same time, choose different access codes for each meeting and supply the correct code to each participant.
Pay as You Go
If you only hold meetings occasionally, choose basic service with the pay as you go option. This way you only pay for the meetings you hold when you actually hold them. No long-term contracts are required and you still can hold a meeting at any time without a reservation. Most conference companies have no minimum usage charges. Pay as you go works the same as regular service with the participants calling in on the toll free number and entering the access code.
