    Opening the Phone

  1. Hold the phone with the back side facing up. You should be able to the the outline of a sliding panel that covers the bottom three-quarters of the back of the phone. Press down on this panel and slide it toward the bottom of the phone until it is completely removed.
  2. Removing the Battery and Memory Card

  3. The battery is positioned right in the middle of the area covered by the hatch, and the memory card is under this battery. Take note of the way the battery is facing, then put your finger underneath the edge nearest the bottom of the phone and tilt it up. Once you've tilted it far enough to be able to grab the battery, pull it straight out. You can now see the memory card installed underneath. The memory card can be tilted up and pulled out in exactly the same way as the battery.
  4. Replacing the Battery and Closing the Phone

  5. Replace the battery facing the same way it was facing when you opened the phone. Slide the battery in at an angle at first, then lay it down flat with the phone as you work it into its slot. Slide the back cover back onto the phone from the bottom up until you hear it click.
  6. Exporting Data

  7. If you want to retrieve data off of your Nokia 6015I and you have an external Mini SD Card reader for your computer, you can just remove the card using the process detailed above and plug the card directly into your reader. But the easiest and fastest way to get data off of your phone's data storage is to purchase an auxiliary USB data transfer cable. Buy one of these cables online or from a cell phone or electronics retailer, then install the included software and drivers onto your computer. Then simply connect the phone to your computer with your new USB cable and use the on-screen interface to retrieve pictures, texts, video and other stored data.
