Varsity jackets are expensive, usually above the $100 mark. Since this high cost can prohibit many students from obtaining a jacket, why not think of creative ways to raise money to pay for them? Selling boosters, running a car wash or holding a casino night is a great way to raise cash to cover the cost of a varsity jacket. Furthermore, these kinds of activities bring a team together for a common cause off the playing field.
Letterman jackets are a status symbol and prized heirloom to many, so pack as many positive team-building memories into the experience as possible. Shared effort will make the jacket all the more terrific to the wearer.
