    Combine Ingredients

  1. Fill the shaker about half way with ice. Pour 2 oz. each of chocolate liqueur, creme de cacao and vodka over the ice. You may also want to experiment with dark chocolate liqueur or chocolate-flavored vodka. You may also add fruit or mint flavored liqueurs for a different taste, such as a mint chocolate martini.
  2. Shake

  3. The secret to a good martini, besides using good ingredients, is making sure everything is well-blended and cold. Close the shaker and shake it vigorously for at least one full minute. When you are done shaking, add one oz. of milk, cream or half-and-half for a creamy chocolate martini. Stir the milk or cream gently in the shaker.
  4. Strain and Garnish

  5. Strain the chocolate martini into a martini glass, leaving the ice in the shaker. Garnish with chocolate curls or shavings, or drizzle chocolate along the rim of the glass. Place a cherry, strawberry slice or other piece of fruit on a swizzle stick in place of an olive, and serve.
