    Hair Trimmers

  1. Hair trimmers are made for all kinds of personal grooming needs. There are hair trimmers for eyebrows and fine facial hair, beards and moustaches, nose and ears, and legs and bikini areas. They come in several sizes and with numerous types of attachments for many grooming needs. Hair trimmers are an alternative to waxing, shaving and other hair removal methods.
  2. How They Work

  3. Hair trimmers are usually battery operated and charge in an electric base. They use a metal razor to trim the hair and these come in many varieties, including circular blades, screen blades and grooved blades. Most hair trimmers come with plastic guides that cover the blade to adjust for the length of hair being trimmed. The hair trimmer is placed gently on the skin and moved in the opposite direction of hair growth to remove unwanted hair.
  4. Hair Trimmer Care

  5. Hair trimmers must be cared for to assure they last. Wiping and brushing out hair trimmers after every use keeps them from getting clogged with hair. For some trimmers used in water, you must rinse with cold water and be sure to oil the blades with lubricating oil to prevent rusting.
