    Interpersonal Relationships and Mutual Connections

  1. When people meet--whether in the workplace, a social setting, or by chance--a connection is made. Usually, attraction begins with a physical impression and a common subject that leads to further conversation.
  2. Getting to Know the Other Person

  3. Conversation and discussion of your personal values and ideas, interests and passions help you connect with the person and helps to deepen your connection and bring your level attraction past the purely physical to an intellectual and emotional level.
  4. Dating and the Wooing Process

  5. After the main question-and-answer awkwardness is over, many pairs plan outings or dates to spend time together and further get to know each other. Participating in numerous and varied activities stimulates conversations and allows each person to see the way their partner reacts in certain situations and environments.
  6. Romance is Sparked

  7. If after a few dates the attraction is still there physically, mentally and spiritually, you can safely assume that romance has started. While love is work and can be time-consuming, the thrill and rush of new love is always worth the chance, especially if he or she turns out to be Mr. or Mrs. Right.
