Hi I just have a quick question. I tapped a car from behind and there was no damage to either car, but the car in front of me says he just came from the hospital for his back and is saying his back is hurting. We were at red light when the light turned green and I started to let go of the brakes and as I realized his car wasn't moving I immediately stopped. So we exchanged info and he said he'll call me later tonight. Should I be concerned with anything?
