sweetness cuts the tartness and just leaves you with that wonderful citrus flavor; kind of like you might expect with good lemonade. Talk about from scratch; I even grew the limes! I'm so glad to have found a great recipe that I can make here at home or take to a party. I think it would be just as good, but maybe not quite so "sweet" for me if I don't have my home grown limes next time. Thank you!
