Several years back I decided to offer my sewing skills on Ebay to make custom t-shirt quilts for clients who would email their t-shirts to me and a few weeks later, I'd send back a completed t-shirt quilt.
There is no need to pay anyone to make a t-shirt quilt when you can easily do it yourself. Only basic sewing skills are...
Twin-size completed t-shirt quilt.
Use sleeves, fronts or backs of t-shirts - wherever there are graphics.
Quilted back full-size block, half-size block with hand stitching, block before adding quilt backing.
A son's favorite argyle shirt and concert t-shirt.
Lay out t-shirt quilt blocks before sewing together. (This is the BEFORE picture of first t-shirt quilt.)
Obviously, the owner of this quilt resides in Texas.
Appliques hand sewn on top of various blocks.
