Danka Copier Problems

Copiers from Danka business systems, one of the largest independent office equipment suppliers in U.S., are known to be effective. However, Danka copiers may malfunction at times due to the different conditions of their use. Notably, these malfunctions are easily fixed through servicing practices.

  1. Overheating

    • Overheating occurs when a copier is over used. A particular copier usually has its maximum number of copies it can produce in the span of one minute. Failure by a user to observe the performance limit leads a Danka copier to overheat from process overloads.

    Jamming

    • The copier may jam especially when it overheats. Jamming is characterized by a functional failure of a copier system while in operation. For instance, a Danka copier may break down while it is in operation causing a paper jam.

    Picking and linting

    • The copiers may at times pull loose fibers or coating materials of papers. This in turn destroys the quality of the subsequent copies or even parts of the particular copy being processed. This problem is associated with use of recycled paper in Danka copiers.
