VersaClean is a brown liquid that is water soluble and has a boiling point of 212 degrees Fahrenheit and a freezing point of 32 degrees Fahrenheit. This chemical solution has a pH level of 5.5 and does not exhibit any flammability characteristics. VersaClean exhibits chemical stability unless exposed to substances with high acidity.
