Dishwashing Soap Recipe

Mix ½ cup water with ½ cup liquid castile soap. Add three drops tea tree oil, ½ cup distilled white vinegar and 1 tsp. lemon juice. Store the mixture in an airtight container until used.
Usage

Pour 2 tbsp. of the soap mixture into the dishwasher, or use 3 tbsp. if the dishes are especially dirty. Cycle the dishwasher through as you would with store-bought soap.

Do not use regular liquid soap in the recipe or any type of soap that isn't castile soap. Regular soap foams in the dishwasher and may break or damage the dishwasher.
