Where to Get a Blue Moon Rose Bush

There are no true blue roses, but the hybrid tea rose Blue Moon comes close. Blue Moon was developed by the late Matthias Tantau in Germany in 2004. It's sometimes mislabeled as Blue Girl. All prices quoted are for 2011 and don't include shipping. Does this Spark an idea?
