IncrediMail adds graphics and animations to your emails.

IncrediMail is an email client for the Windows platform that offers features such as embedded backgrounds, animations and sound. If you are having trouble downloading and installing IncrediMail, there are a number of troubleshooting steps to take.

  1. Check the Connection

    • Check your connection to the Web by browsing to another site. If this is working, there may be a problem with the IncrediMail servers -- download the setup file from another source, such as the Download.com or Softonic software libraries (see Resources).

    Check Third-Party Software

    • A third-party application (such as an antivirus program or firewall) may prevent IncrediMail from installing. Check the configuration of these applications to make sure IncrediMail is allowed access to the hard drive and the Web (see Resources).

    Check for Previous Versions

    • It's possible that a previous version of IncrediMail is preventing the application from installing. Check the Programs and Features section of Control Panel to see if IncrediMail is listed -- if so, uninstall it and then attempt to download and install the program again.
