My Asus M2N-SLI Won't Start

Several problems could cause an M2N-SLI motherboard not to start. If the CPU is not an AMD2+ or AMD2, this could prevent the motherboard from powering up. A faulty power supply connection can also be a problem. Other problems range from an overheated processor to changes in the BIOS and setup.

If the motherboard is a new ASUS M2N-SLI, inspect motherboard components before installing and ensure the right processors, memory modules and components are being used for complete functionality.
