What Is a Bottle Cap Loader?
Bottle caps must be placed on a bottle by machinery referred to as a bottle cap loader. How complex the machinery must be is based on how many bottles need to capped. Capping devices range from simple hand-held units to full production line models.

Hand Operated
-
Hand-operated capping devices are designed for hobbyists or small product run businesses. These can be as simple as the Cap-Rite manual capper or a bench-mount lever-operated model.
Semi-Automated
-
Semi-automated bottle cappers take the physical work out of capping. Some models use compressed air to tighten the cap.
-
Production Line
-
Full production line bottle capping machines are used by factories that produce hundreds or even thousands of bottles an hour. These machines are usually part of an entire line that cleans, fills and caps the bottles quickly. They can be purchased as a standard product or built to custom specifications to meet a particular need.
