"The Standard Reference Guide for Professional Mold Remediation" is a reference manual published by the Institute of Inspection, Cleaning and Restoration Certification, or IICRC. The IICRC released the guide in December 2003.

IICRC

The IICRC is a not-for-profit certification body created in 1972. The institute's mission monitors educational programs and standards related to inspection, restoration and cleaning industries. It also produces standards of its own.

Contents

This reference guide contains detailed information on mold remediation and restoration principles. Informed by public health organizations, the guide contains the latest data on microbiology as of 2003, as well as information regarding cleaning and restoration training schools and industrial hygienists.

This standard may be purchased on the IICRC web site. As of January 2011, the IICRC can only ship items within the United States. For orders outside of the U.S., a special order form must be filled out.
