LED Lights

Solar-powered lights use LEDs, or light-emitting diode bulbs, which rarely burn out in the lifetime of the light. They emit about 90 percent more light than an incandescent or fluorescent bulb of equal size. They produce almost no heat, making them safer to use in homes and factories.

Drawbacks

Solar lighting has one drawback: it is reliant on the sun's rays. if you use a single solar light as a spotlight, and there is a cloudy period in nature, then you might notice a drop of lighting capability in the spotlight.
