PC Performance Analysis
There are various programs available for you to be able to test different aspects of your computer. To get the an accurate indication of how well your PC is performing, use multiple programs to test it.

System

A program called PC Mark Vantage will run your computer through different scenarios (which you can customize) and test how your hardware reacts in different situations. It will test how quickly your memory reacts to how fast you can transfer files from one folder to another.
Graphics

Passmark has a program called 3D Benchmark that can test your computer's graphics capabilities. This will analyze how well your graphics card can handle different rendering options. The program will test your shaders, resolution and frame rate.

CPU

A program that can measure how fast your CPU works is called CPUInfo by Visualware. Not only will this program tell you the speeds of your CPU, it will tell you how fast it can access your memory, what speed the processor is rated for and how large all three levels of your cache are.
