User Guide for the Insignia NS-LCD37 37-Inch TV

The Insignia NS-LCD37 displays high- and standard-definition video signals. This television's LCD screen measures 37 inches diagonally and supports a maximum resolution of 1366-by-768 pixels. It is compatible with HDMI, S-Video, coaxial, component, composite and VGA video signals.

Features

The Insignia NS-LCD37 supports 1080i and 720p high-definition video signals. Its display provides a 16-by-9 aspect ratio for displaying wide-screen movies, shows and video games. This television includes integrated stereo speakers capable of delivering 20 watts of output power.

Inputs

The Insignia NS-LCD37 features an ATSC tuner for receiving high-definition television signals. This HDTV provides two HDMI ports for connecting Blu-ray players and high-definition video game systems. It also features component, S-Video and composite jacks for use with DVD players, VCRs and older video game systems. Use the VGA interface to use the television as a monitor for your computer.

Options

Insignia includes a V-chip parental control system with the NS-LCD37 that lets you select what kinds of programming your children can watch. This HDTV includes three preset picture modes for adjusting the picture quality: natural, soft and bright. Its three color temperature modes -- cool, warm and natural -- control the amount of blue and red displayed onscreen.
