MSF franchises promote safety for all motorists.

Riding a motorcycle is dangerous, even if the rider is obeying the law and being consientious of conditions. The Motorcycle Safety Foundation (MSF) seeks to improve safety for riders through nationwide franchises that offer safe riding courses.

      The MSF is a non-profit group of individual U.S.-based franchises that began in 1973 with the intent of reducing the number of accidents, injuries and fatalities involving motorcycles. It is supported by many motorcycle manufacturers.

This office is the voice of the MSF franchises and members, representing motorcycle riders on a federal, state and local level. The agency also distributes information about new laws and policies that affect the safety of riders.
