Theories/Speculation
-
Exchanging certain torrent files carries long-term implications to industries such as film making, as well as potential legal issues related to copyright infringement. Sea of Torrent may be down because of impending legal issues, or simply because the owners have decided to no longer run the site. Little information is available about the status as of January, 2011.
