Herb Gardens in Washington State

Medicinal Herb Garden

Established in 1911, the Medicinal Herb Garden at the University of Washington has two and a half acres devoted to species of herbs from all over the world that are used for treating physical ailments. The garden is divided into seven sections.

Washington State University Discovery Garden

Located in Mount Vernon, Washington, Washington State University Skagit County Extension's herb garden displays how a typical English herb garden can be adopted for the Pacific Northwest.

Metro Parks Herb Garden

The Metro Parks Herb Garden has two beds featuring more than 150 perennial herbs that do well in the Puget Sound area. The Herb Gardeners of Tacoma established it.
