Excel Spreadsheet Track Training
Understanding how to use Microsoft Excel can help you gain the upper hand in today's efficiency-based environment. "Track Changes" is a unique feature of a shared worksheet that allows you to see which users changed what content. Editors then have the ability to accept or reject the changes.

Navigation Help Menu

In the navigation bar, users can click the help icon in the right hand corner for in-product help. You can simply open up that window, type in "Track Changes," hit search and receive your training step-by-step from there.
Microsoft Excel Web Tutorials

Microsoft offers free tutorials on many of the common functions of Excel, as well as more intermediate and advanced functions. They include training on Excel 2010, 2007, and 2003 versions. In addition to step-by-step instructions, Microsoft tutorials include video and audio learning.

Community Learning Programs

Local school districts and community education centers offer beginning, intermediate, and advanced Excel classes that are open to the public and low cost. As of January 2011, an Excel class from Highland Community Education was $40.00.
