Information on Ford Trucks
Ford Motor Company produces seven different series of trucks, as of 2011. These include the Ranger, the F-150 series, the Transit Connect, the E-Series and the Super Duty 250, 350 and 450.

The Ford Ranger

The Ranger can seat between three and five people. It has a towing capacity of between 1,300 and 5,700 pounds, and is the most fuel-efficient pickup in its class. It is available in two-wheel and four-wheel drive versions.
The F-150

The F-150 Ford pickup has been a best-selling American pickup since the mid-70s. It comes with a trailer-brake controller, and is especially popular as a farm, construction and fleet vehicle.

Super Duty Pickups

The Super Duty trucks are designed for hauling and towing. They come with an optional diesel engine, and are designed to tow heavy trailers in excess of 5 1/2 tons, as well as fifth-wheels. The Super Duties are often used by contractors, landscaping companies and other businesses requiring capacity for hauling crews, equipment and materials.
E-Series Van

The Ford E-Series is a full-sized van that comes in seven different models ranging from the E-150 to the E-350 XTL Extended. The E-Series vans come with V-8 engines.
