Benefits
-
Software asset management training teaches system administrators or designated asset managers how to set up security and controls involving software. This includes programs which address the logging of software information (user licenses, price and identification of programs throughout the organization). The benefit is that software can be accounted for and decisions can be made by management regarding the purchase, upgrade or phasing out of certain programs.
