Field Force Manager is a subscription-based business management tool that is available online and on a range of Verizon cell phones. Managers and supervisors can use it to monitor, communicate and locate their field workers.

Location Management

Management in the office can track field workers via a Web-based computer application. The present location and previous locations can be viewed online as information is sent in from the field worker's cell phones.

Electronic Timecards

Field workers can update their time cards while in the field by simply submitting the information via the Field Force Manager application on their cell phones. Using this feature can save employers time and money, as workers no longer need to return to the office to fill out timecards.

Job Dispatch

Job Dispatch allows managers to send job information, such as job details and directions, directly out to a field worker's cell phone. The manager can then see when the job is accepted and completed. This feature saves the employer time and fuel as jobs can be sent to the worker nearest to the job location.
