Information on Fuji Cameras

Fujifilm has six different series of digital cameras and two series of film cameras. Each series has unique features appropriate for professional or amateur photographers.

  1. S Series

    • Fuji'sS series features eight different cameras that have extensive zoom options and provide users a vast amount of control.

    F Series

    • The F series cameras have a more compact design than the S series. With four different options, F Series models are more often used as personal family cameras.

    Z and XP Series

    • Fuji aims its Z Series cameras at young photographers. These models come in an array of colors and feature easy uploading to Facebook and YouTube.

    XP Series

    • As of December 2010, the XP series has only one model. Fuji markets it as an all-weather camera that features protection from subzero temperatures, dust and even water.

    J and A Series

    • The J Series has eight cameras. This point-and-shoot line operates on Li-ion batteries. The cameras range from 10 to14 megapixels, and they are Fuji's more affordable line of digital cameras. The A series features six cameras. These point-and-shoot models operate on standard AA batteries.

    Film Cameras

    • Fujifilm offers three QuickSnap models. These single-use film cameras are designed for beaches, parties and other photo opportunities where using an expensive camera may not be ideal. The company also has three Instant Photo System film cameras that print photos instantly.
