MSX Models

The Polaris MSX model numbers reflect the horsepower of the three different watercraft, including 110-, 140- and 150-horsepower engines. The MSX 110 has a maximum rpm of 7,800, the MSX 140 maxes out at 7,200 rpm and the MSX 150 has a maximum of 7,500 rpm. The MSX 110 and 150 have electronic fuel injection while the 140 has a three-ram injector system.
Virage Models

Polaris Virage watercraft have an engine that has an output of 95 horsepower and a 701 cc displacement. The Virage i has a slightly bigger engine, measuring 777 cc of displacement and creating 100 horsepower.

Genesis i and Octane

The Genesis i watercraft from Polaris features a 1,165 cc engine that has 135 horsepower and a maximum rpm of 7,200. The Octane has a 777 cc engine that achieves 100 horsepower and a maximum of 7,200 rpm.
