I'm experiencing this conflict. I called up Netflix and they said they have no knowledge of it. I offered to send a copy of this posting--their tech support guy said they do not have an email address. The tech support guy asked me for my email address associated with my account. So, I asked, you will be getting back to me? He said "he has no way of getting back to me." What a waste of time. WOW - NETFLIX CUSTOMER SUPPORT IS PERHAPS THE WORST I'VE EXPERIENCED!
