Sales

General Motors pledges to provide high quality customer service in a number of areas relating to sales, including customer reception, addressing customers' needs, walk-around presentations of vehicles, demonstration rides, vehicle inspections, purchase consultations and follow-ups.
Service

General Motors provides appointment-based and walk-in service to all of its customers. GM representatives greet customers, document all service orders, and contact customers between 1 and 7 days after the completion of service in order to ensure their satisfaction.

Facility

According to GM, their facilities meet the standards of GM's Facility Image Programs, which ensure a clean environment free of clutter, clear directional and informational signage, and convenient hours of operation for customers.
